In essence, if an employee does not feel comfortable discussing tough issues with their boss, coworkers or employees, they are more likely to consider quitting.
ScheduleThe most important point to remember about Courageous Conversations is that you must have a deep desire to change the way you react in challenging dialogues. If you are unwilling to become aware of how you typically react and then commit to making changes, the Courageous Conversations approach would not work for you. In mastering the use of this framework, the mindset we have is of utmost importance.
