Satheesh is a master trainer and has deep experience in bootstrapping a global L&D strategy and curriculum. He has as the breath and the depth to prepare a global organization for 10x improvement in colleague development aligned to fill in selling and leadership skills deficits.
Satheesh has worked closely with presidents, CEOs and their executive teams to design and implement large scale strategic change and leadership development initiatives and has worked with thousands of corporate and organizational executives on four continents. His areas of focus have been leadership and talent development, executive coaching, problem solving, process redesign, and project management.

Satheesh is a gold medalist Chemistry major from Calicut University, India. He holds Master degree from Walden University. He has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 multinationals; always working to help close skill gaps of individuals, groups and teams.
