Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

It is a 5 day training course.

  • Day #1: 8am - 5pm

Very lively and hands on session. Trainer focus on teaching concepts as well applying them immidiately to real world problems. All participants are given pre-work materials and asked to identify a real life project to be completed as part of Green Belt certification..

Day 1

  • Welcome and Introductions

    Welcome participants, introduce ground rules and expectations. Ice breakers and introductions, funny anecdotes around problems faced in daily jobs. Participant experience with Six Sigma and outcomes are shared.

  • DMAIC framework

    Interactive session to understand Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement(CI) and DMAIC concepts.
