Watch couple of videos to illustrate great leadership, followed by discussion. Discuss Servant Leadership.

Determine development levelDiagnosing
Five key Diagnosis questions,
- What is the specific goal or task?
- How strong or good are the individual's demonstrated task knowledge and skills?
- How strong or good are the individual's transferable skills?
- How motivated, interested, or enthusiastic is the individual?
- How confident/self-assured is the individual?
Discuss four development levels D1, D2, D3, D4.
